Wind in the early am was 15-25..Checked again at 10am and it had died to nothing. Hooked up and ran over for a half day of Striper fishing. As you can see in the picture, I launched to FAC conditions and full pool water levels. First flats I fished were holding nice scoolies. Caught 8 or 9 in the first hour and decided to go look at current and see if anyone is home. Bounced around to a caouple of areas for nada. Out of nowhere it's now blowing 15 out of the west and building. Ran back to the flats I started and it wasn't going to happen. Fished a couple of other areas hard for the next 2-3 hours and never found another concentration of fish. It happens.
